Newly refurbished in 2014. The Tour will allow you time to see the battle in 3d and take part in computer multi play game.
GROUNDS
Stroll the grounds. See the circular walls, flag pole and the famous statue of Bruce.
OUTLAW KING TOUR TO DUNFERMLINE ABBEY
No Outlaw King tour would be complete without visiting the final resting place of Robert the Bruce's body at Dunfermline Abbey. After his death his body was embalmed and his sternum cut open to extract his heart. It was then put in silver casket which Sir James Douglas wore round his neck and was carried to Spain. His body was carried by carriage draped in a black cloth from Cardross. stopping at Dunipace and Cambuskenneth Abbey. The funeral was a grand affair with Knights dressed in black gowns being part of the funeral cortege.

OUTLAW KING - HEART
According to his wishes his heart was buried at Melrose Abbey and was discovered in 1920
CANDLES
A massive 3040 kg of wax was purchased to make candles for funeral of Scotland's Outlaw King- Robert the Bruce
THE TOMB
In 1818 workmen discovered a vault on the site of the former Abbeys high alter. This was the tomb of our Outlaw King
PLASTER CAST
A plaster cast was taken of Bruce's skull by the William Scoular and bone measurements were taken.
